Bella joined Burgess in May 2015 after graduating from Newcastle University with a BA Hons in English Literature and Business. Since then, she has built an exceptional career in charter management, overseeing some of the world’s most prestigious charter yachts.

A MYBA member and member of the MYBA Charter Committee, Bella currently manages five yachts, specialising in the 70m+ market. Among them is TITANIA, a longstanding member of the Burgess charter fleet since 2014. While her yachts regularly cruise the Mediterranean and Caribbean, Bella has also organised charters in some of the world's most remote destinations, from South East Asia to Antarctica.

Her achievements speak for themselves. In a single year, Bella booked more than 23 weeks of charter on one yacht, generating over EUR 11 million in charter income. She has also secured more than 80 days of charter for a single client in one year and completed over 50 charters in a year – a testament to her expertise, dedication and ability to deliver exceptional experiences.

Career highlights include attending the Phuket boat show on her first trip to Asia and visiting one of her yachts while it was being used as a film set, meeting the cast and crew and gaining a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the production.

Having grown up in the English countryside not far from the coast, Bella has always been drawn to the outdoors. Away from work, she enjoys walking her dog, making the most of her powerboat and PADI licences, waterskiing, gardening and al fresco cooking.
