Izzy joined Burgess in July 2021 as a charter management assistant in Monaco where she was born and raised and today is a charter management coordinator. After finishing school and taking a gap year, she worked for an art dealer, which sparked her interest in the luxury sector and ultimately led her to the yachting industry.

Since joining Burgess, Izzy has supported a fleet of yachts, including several she has worked with since joining the company. In her current role, she coordinates operations within the Charter Management department, helping to optimise team efficiency while supporting assistants across the team. She also remains closely involved in the day-to-day management side of the role, collaborating with on board crew, updating marketing materials and ensuring yachts are promoted to their fullest potential with accurate and up-to-date information.

One of the highlights of Izzy’s career has been building relationships with crew and having the opportunity to meet them in person. She particularly enjoys stepping on board and connecting with the people behind the emails, gaining a deeper understanding of each yacht and its team.

Outside of work, Izzy enjoys cooking, staying active and expressing her creativity. She speaks fluent English and French.
