Leo joined Burgess in 2024 as Chief Representative for Mainland China. With 20 years of global yachting experience, he has turned his passion for the sea into his life’s career.

In 2006, as a member of the management team, Leo joined China Team for the 32nd America’s Cup. He later served as General Manager of Wanda Yachts for 11 years, consistently promoting the development of China’s yachting industry. As an owner, he personally designed and built the 68-foot catamaran Paris by Sea. He has brokered numerous sales of sailboats and superyachts, with extensive experience in yacht construction, sales and brokerage, charter, maintenance and fleet management.

Leo holds yachting qualifications from four countries, including RYA Yachtmaster, ASA 5 Levels Instructor, Chinese and French yacht licences, as well as SDI Divemaster and National Level 2 SUP Coach certificates of China.

In addition to overseeing Burgess’s business development in China, Leo provides professional yacht sales and brokerage services for clients.
